Excellent location,room large and clean, bed very comfortable. Self service excellent, never a very long queue and staff very helpful. They even do an omelette as you ask, so fresh.The evening meal had plenty of choice beautifully presented and tasty.The staff were pleasant and helpful.We were with a large group from the U3A and were looked after very well indeed.I would definitely visit again. Just returned from the 70s music festival held here. Our favourites of the bands were Suzi Quattro and Bootleg Sweet. (Abba were OK, but performed too many slow ballads, emptying the dance floor. Us olds like to rock it out!) Our room was huge, with a, great seaview, although the filthy January weather mean't more hiding indoors than walking outside. Downsides of our room were: hard, bulky pillows-ouch my neck! And poor water pressure, meaning a trickle from the shower. No bath, sadly. Food was mostly fantastic. In the evenings, as a vegetarian, I simply had delicious mixed salads, followed by a plate of hot veggies from the roast counter. (I tried a pretty abysmal butternut squash & lime leaves Asian curry. Yeukk, soggy veg, tasteless & overcooked). Breakfast was lovely, again pick-and-mix, amazing healthy selection. Staff were 99% fantastic, especially the ever-cheerful and chatty Nathan, in the dining room. (We won't mention the rude woman who brought us our wine, one evening.) Staff entertainers are a talented bunch. Well done to all of them. We've been to lots of Warners, but this 70s festival was the most fun with the best bands & music. Great value for money too.

Very nice hotel and not far from the sea. Once you get there you can't walk very far unless you go onto the sand. Food very good but buffet style main course was only warm.

Excellent weekend, as usual, however there are now one or two shortfalls, sad to say. The need to have to go and get your own coffee or tea at breakfast is a great shame. Also there used to be a selection of breakfasts that were not self service, these are no longer available, shame! The staff and entertainment, however, were as good as they always have been, excellent. One other sad factor is that the rooms are no longer serviced daily, in fact only done once over our 4 day bisit, shame!!!!

Went with mum, aunt, uncle, brother and sister in law for 2 nights. We had outside chalets which have been updated. They were all spotlessly clean. The food was really lovely with a great selection. We enjoyed doing some of the quizzes and mainly just relaxing or playing games. The entertainment was pretty good too, although Rox Vox were quite embarrassing to watch but had great voices. Considering the average age of the guests, they really should tone down their over sexual moves.

Lovely Mon-Fri break. Hotel has nice grounds, lovely Seaview, 2mins to beach. Rooms spacious, clean, well equipped. Food amazingly good, extensive choices. Buffet breakfast. Evening meal, served starter & dessert, buffet mains... huge selection from roasts, fish, Indian, Italian, Salads, defy you not to find something to suit your tastes. Many activities. Entertainment pleasant but mediocre. Notably good staff Matt evening waiter, Georgia breakfast waitress, Flynn on the bar.

Had a great few days here. Food was excellent and service exceptional, especially Dan who served us in the restaurant for our whole stay. Genesis connected were the main entertainment and I've never seen the dance floor so packed. All in all a great experience.

The room was large though had asked for walk in shower for my mobility but had a bath. It was in the main building but quite a walk. Bed a little firm. The food was very good, choice and quality - very efficient set up. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There were plenty of places to sit around and be comfortable The entertainment was excellent.
